Abstract
Contract allowing Mr. Richard G. Armstrong and his wife to live in the Ditmas House, rent free, in exchange for caretaking responsibilities. Mr. Armstrong was unemployed due to the Depression and had requested to reside at the Ditmas House under the above described conditions.
