Abstract
The collection of Papers of Vicki Irgang contains primarily materials from The Center for Educational Change, at the School of Education, Brooklyn College. It includes flyers of the Center’s numerous activities in various public schools in Brooklyn, as well as conferences, roundtables, and other outreach programs developed during her years as the executive director. Most of those activities were documented in photographs by Dr. Irgang. Some administrative files are also part of this collection, such as flyers that tell the history and mission of the Center for Educational Change, and a letter from Vicki Irgang urging the faculty of Brooklyn College to help in of the Center’s important events. In addition, there are some personal papers, such as her Curriculum Vitae, her Ph.D. thesis, the eulogies read at her funeral, and her obituary.
