Human Resource Management to demonstrate that the department of human resources adds value to the business. Considering the three main components of Human Resource Planning (HRP), the importance of and connections between environmental scanning, cultural audits, strategic planning, job enrichment, the idea of the dynamic process of organizations, and diversity management strategies, and how they relate to creating a competitive organization and how they assist Human Resources (HR) in dealing with its challenges.
