Abstract

What drives people to keep working with Peer-Led Team Learning? Such people could be called “champions,” because no matter what the odds, they keep struggling to ensure the continuity of their campus program, promoting expected and unexpected outcomes. Champions are the cornerstone of PLTL programs, because without champions Peer-Led Team Learning would not continue to work
