Abstract
We will explore consumer behavior, focusing on its influence in your life, business strategies, policy making, and society. Our emphasis will be on understanding and analyzing how consumers acquire, use, and dispose of products. In other words, we will examine the ways consumers think, feel, and interact with retail environments, products, services, brands, and ideas.
