Abstract

An informative speech is a speech where the goal is to inform the audience about a topic. The audience may already have some knowledge of this topic or they may not know anything at all about it. This speech is based on facts and research, not opinion. The speaker should be unbiased and simply present the information to the audience, not attempt to influence or persuade them in any way. Speakers may choose any topic.
