Abstract

Fatboy Sessions explores the aging process of rap music through the eyes of Brooklyn-born rapper Bub Styles. As rap enters middle age, Bubs is attempting to recapture the original style and sounds that started it all with the release of his first-ever mixtape. The increased globalization of the industry, however, might leave Bubs holding a pipe dream and a promise.
