Abstract
The pandemic and recent push for racial justice kicked liberal suburbs into gear. Suburbanites in my home of Marin Count, California, spoke out against inequality and began to challenge society’s status quo.
But as I journey back home during the pandemic, I begin to take a deeper look at my suburban home. Beginning with real estate, I examine the supposed progressiveness of Marin.
