Abstract
Homeschooling is rising in America at an unprecedented rate. This investigative story package examines some of the regulatory bounds of the practice, challenges it poses to child welfare interests, and how those issues impact the everyday lives of children being homeschooled. It was produced in Andy Lehren’s investigative reporting class, with an audio component produced in Narrative Podcast.
