Abstract
The Storm They Didn’t See Coming is a personal story about what it feels like to chase success and still feel like it’s not enough. I discuss the pressure I put on myself, how difficult it is to slow down, and the fear of falling behind. It’s about trying to be proud of where I am while still wanting more, and learning that it’s okay to not have everything figured out. This piece is for anyone who's ever felt like they had to keep proving themselves just to feel worthy.
