Abstract
In this video, Professor Sadie Huang of the Counseling Department, explains how she revised her discussion board for her class, PED 180 Stress Management, to incorporate the principles of retrieval practice and metacognition. Professor Huang details how she embeds frequent, small knowledge checks in Open Access videos from Khan Academy using the platform, WeVideo, then follows those checks up with a metacognitive reflection.
