Abstract
This is the first part of a course sequence in English Composition that fulfills the Pathways Required Common Core: English Composition. Upon successful completion of ENG 111, you will proceed to ENG 121. In this course, we will work together to bring your writing to the level of college academic standards. Our work will focus on organization, grammar, and mechanics, as well as strategies for developing and presenting complex ideas. We will engage in academic topics and practice writing in different rhetorical modes.
