Description
The Student Records for the 1944-1945 school year are arranged alphabetically. Each student's course, and whether it is a day or evening course, is listed on the student's record. Attendance for the course is recorded on the front of the sheet. On the back of the sheet is the student's name, address, parents' names, years of schooling, occupation, employer's name and address (if applicable) as well as the student's height, weight, and "physical defects." Also recorded are any extenuating circumstances for reasons of extended absence or withdrawal from the course.
