Abstract

The purpose of my research is to explore some of the new developments in legal technology as they apply to the modem law practice. As a Legal Assistant Studies major, I am embarking on this project because I am interested in learning more about the software and technologies that are currently being employed in law offices. My goal is to apprise other aspiring legal assistants of these current trends and hopefully aid them in better understanding what kinds of technical challenges await them when they enter the workforce.
