Abstract
Work orders can seem baffling, but they're useful tools for tracking workflows in Alma. This presentation will break down the aspects of work orders that make them seem confusing, then build up the attendees' understanding with clear, real-world examples. Session attendees will also learn how to decide between a work order and more traditional tracking methods.
