Abstract

This ZTC syllabus daily course calendar for English 210 classes, "Writing for the Social Sciences" focuses on identifying culture, research, and fieldwork writing skills.

This is a daily course calendar that can be used in English 210 classes, "Writing for the Social Sciences". The syllabus uses all ZTC or OER texts. The pages from the text, Fieldworking Reading and Writing Research (Sunstein &Strater) can be scanned into OCR'd pdfs from the copy available at the CCNY library.

This course calendar includes 2 interview activities. The second, expert interview, could easily be substituted with additional practice using library databases, writing annotated bibliographies, or other research and writing skills.

With the exception of the Fieldworking textbook, all links to OER and ZTC resources are included.
