Abstract
Collection of short stories and novel openings. Nancy Reagan consults astrology to prevent nuclear Armageddon. A son is influenced by his sick mother, his video-game-obsessed father, and commercials. A lawyer attempts to convince the governor of Illinois to prevent Six Flags Great America from reopening during the pandemic.
