Abstract
Clusters of credit and securities intermediaries across the New York metropolitan area are identified throughout the 2000s using spatial statistics. Geographically weighted regression is then used to model the processes underlying the changes of credit and securities clusters identified with specific attention to taxes, median household income, transportation and employment.
