LaGuardia’s Open Educational Resources section presents teaching materials created by our faculty for use in courses or other educational purposes. In an effort to improve student learning everywhere, these resources can be used and adapted in accordance with their Creative Commons licensing agreements in classrooms within and outside the College. LaGuardia Faculty are invited to submit their own open educational materials such as syllabi, activities, assignments, lectures, lesson plans, open textbooks, and media for inclusion in CUNY Academic Works.

Also included in our Open Educational Resources series is the LaGuardia Community College Learning Matters! Assignment Library, an online collection of course assignments used in a range of academic disciplines at the College that support and strengthen student learning, and are aligned to LaGuardia’s Core Competencies and Communication Abilities and course learning objectives. We hope you will use the Assignment Library to both share successful assignments and as a resource to find assignments that can be incorporated into your courses.
